Is it all between your ears?

Have you ever suffered from:

  • Irritability
  • Crying at the drop of a hat
  • Laughing for no reason
  • Worrying
  • Being apprehensive or fearful

Do the following issues apply to you?

  • Being unable to let go of the past
  • Wanting to control everything
  • Loss of energy
  • Closing yourself off from intimacy
  • Caring for others but not yourself

If so, then this lecture is for you!
Others may often tell you that “it’s all in your head.” What they usually mean is “stop exaggerating” or “I can’t help you”. Within acupuncture there is no separation between body and mind. That’s why all information regarding emotions and life issues that someone entrusts to me is important information that tells me about their imbalanced energy system.

This lecture is about “being out of balance and restoring balance”.
The talk lasts approximately 1 hour. After which there is ample time to ask questions. ..

Acupuncture and digestion

Did you know that a lot of vague or puzzling complaints can traced back to a disturbance in the digestive system.

  • “I’ve had six antibiotic treatments but they haven’t helped so far, I don’t understand why not.”
  • “It’s all in your head.”
  • “You will have to learn to live with it.”
  • “All of a sudden I got really sick, I have no idea why”
  • “I’m not sick, but I don’t feel 100% healthy.”

If you want to find out more about acupuncture, the following subjects will be covered:

  • What acupuncture is and how it works
  • How an acupuncturist arrives at a diagnosis
  • What the difference is between traditional medicine and acupuncture
  • What the importance of diet, lifestyle and stress management is with regard to health and acupuncture
  • The connection between digestive complaints and other bodily complaints.

Digestion is the driving force of our existence. If it does not work, it can lead not only to digestive problems, but also to many other complaints that you would probably not link to problems with the digestive system.

The talk lasts approximately 1 hour. After which there is ample time to ask questions. .
