About me

Let me introduce myself, I’m Irmgard and I’d love to explore ways in which to achieve your health and wellness goals with you. Be welcome!

Open communication is key. I’d love to listen to you
Please tell me:

  • How and when your complaint started? Or when did you first notice an imbalance?
  • Were there any specific life events going on at the time, a different diet, or perhaps a different exercise regime?
  • When does your complaint improve or worsen?
  • Do you have any other complaints?
  • What have you done to alleviate the symptoms of your complaint?

My style is to be transparent with you while trying to achieve your unique health and wellness goals.
With that in mind, I will share my observations and conclusions from our conversations and treatment with you, so that you are fully aware of how I view your complaints from my position of expertise. This will help you understand what an improvement in posture, attitude or lifestyle choices can do for you. Adhering to these changes will help you to become more aware of signals from your body and to get a better grip on your own situation and treatment. You will recognize (small) signals that indicate change or improvement.
Based on this feedback, I can fine-tune your treatment.

And I’ve started blogging.
In my blog, I invite you to look at health and illness through an Eastern perspective. I also write about situations that have touched or surprised me, and I share anonymous case examples that illustrate how I work and how I approach specific health complaints.
